At Kaleidoscope School Uniforms, we are committed to providing high-quality school uniforms to our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. Please take the time to carefully review your order, including the size chart and color options, before making your purchase. 

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items (not school logo), and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
Kaleidoscope School Uniforms reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in a saleable condition.

Exchanges may be done in person at our office located at 9898 Bissonnet St. Suite 620 Houston, TX 77036.
An appointment is required before visiting our office, as we travel to and from our warehouse often. We want to make sure we are there for you when you need us.
